CxCheck is a software company. It is not a professional commissioning, engineering or legal practice and does not issue commissioning sign-offs, certificates or approvals.

CxCheck is provided as a software service. It is not a substitute for professional commissioning, engineering or legal advice, and the project team remains responsible for its decisions and for compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CxCheck's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and excludes indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

CxCheck provides software tools and analysis. It does not provide engineering, legal or professional commissioning advice, and does not intervene in design decisions, contractor work or site testing. Decisions remain with the project team and its appointed professionals.

The CxCheck Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where a project agreement provides otherwise.
