Craig McMahon is a dual UK-Filipino Senior Commissioning Manager with over 15 years of leadership across Hong Kong and South East Asia. He applies international UK and Hong Kong commissioning standards to the most complex, security-sensitive projects in the region delivering financial institution commissioning, data center security compliance and MEPF audit automation at the highest level.
Craig has led and consulted on commissioning operations for security-conscious organizations across tier-one financial institutions, integrated resorts and mission-critical data centres. His sector expertise spans Mission Critical Data Centers, Tier 1 Financial Institutions, Integrated Resorts & Casinos and International Travel Hubs.
The Security Manifesto
Craig's professional directive is unequivocal: commissioning teams must never upload sensitive designs or test data into cloud-based AI. Because Security Systems and FDAS (Fire Detection and Alarm Systems) fall directly under the commissioning scope, moving this data to external servers creates a catastrophic physical and digital security risk. Proprietary facility blueprints in the wrong hands represent a permanent vulnerability to the asset and its occupants an exposure that cannot be reversed.
The CxCheck Approach: Controlled Data Handling
Craig built CxCheck as a sovereign service. Document analysis runs on hardware we own and control - your documents are never sent to third-party AI providers and are never used to train public models. Project records and documents are stored under per-organization isolation, encrypted in transit and at rest and readable only by the people you invite to a project. For approved enterprise projects, CxCheck can be deployed on dedicated hardware inside your own facility. Which mode applies is agreed in writing before onboarding.
