Two Deployment Modes,
Described Accurately
CxCheck is built as a sovereign service. Document analysis runs on hardware we own and control - your documents are never sent to third-party AI providers and are never used to train public models. For approved enterprise projects, CxCheck can be deployed on dedicated hardware inside your own facility. The architecture & data security page sets out exactly what runs where.
Sovereign AI Processing
Review runs on inference hardware CxCheck owns and controls. No hosted model API receives your documents, and nothing is used for training. On an on-site node, the same pipeline runs inside your facility.
Encrypted at Rest & In Transit
Traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS; stored records and documents are encrypted at rest by the storage layer. Specific ciphers and key management are available in writing on request.
Audit-Grade Logging
Every inference, every document access, every user action is immutably logged. Full forensic trail for regulatory audits and client handover packages.
MEPF Document Review & Forensic Logic Engine
Moving beyond manual review. Our engine parses the core logic of your test scripts to detect cascading failures before they reach the site.
UPS Transfer delay (15s) conflicts with Generator Stabilisation (18s). Risk: Facility blackout during IST. Auto-detected via cross-referencing OEM timing data against L4 FPT script logic tree.
Neural Standards Vault
Over a decade of gold-standard commissioning data, OEM timing specifications, BMS interlock sequences and verified FPT/IST test scripts indexed and cross-referenced by the Sovereign Inference Engine. Every script submitted is sanity-checked against this vault, flagging logic conflicts, timing mismatches and sequencing errors for engineer review - the kinds of issues manual reviews can miss.
Cascading Failure Detection
The engine traces dependency chains across interlock sequences, transfer switches and stabilisation timers. When a timing conflict is found like a UPS transfer completing before generator stabilisation it flags the exact node, the upstream cause and the downstream risk, complete with OEM data citations.
Mission-Critical Infrastructure Lifecycle Management
Seven commissioning levels connected by intelligent data threads. The platform understands that L0 Design Review outputs feed directly into L2 Installation QA/QC checklists and L4 FPT scripts automating what used to take months of manual coordination.
Automated PFC/FPT Generation
Design Review data at L0 automatically generates Pre-Functional Checklists and Functional Performance Test scripts. Designed to cut weeks of manual drafting, with a verified chain of custody.
Cross-Level Dependency Tracking
When an L1 FAT result changes, the platform propagates the impact to downstream L3 SAT scope and L5 IST sequences. No orphaned documentation.
Real-Time Gate Management
Each level acts as a quality gate. L4 FPT cannot commence until L2 Installation QA/QC reaches verified threshold. Enforced programmatically, not by email.
N+1 Redundancy Audit & Global Logic Integration
Automated multi-language translation for every nationality of engineer. Ensure the whole team: Vendors, GCs and Clients are aligned on a single source of truth.
Deployment Mode Comparison
What differs between Sovereign Hosted, the standard service available now and the On-Site Node tier in development for approved enterprise projects.
| Capability | Sovereign Hosted (now) | On-Site Node (enterprise) |
|---|---|---|
| Data Residency | Storage operated by CxCheck, isolated per organization | Hardware you operate, in your network |
| AI Processing | Local models on hardware CxCheck owns - no third-party model API | Model hosted inside your environment |
| Availability | Available now - the standard service | In development; approved enterprise projects |
| Tenant Isolation | Row-level security per organization | Single-tenant deployment |
The Secure Node Architecture
We have eliminated the "Cloud Risk" from the commissioning workflow. CxCheck provides Dedicated On-Premises Compute for enterprise project teams.
Hardware-Locked Reasoning
We utilize high-performance Apple Silicon (M-Series Ultra) nodes. These machines have been trained specifically for forensic document analysis, offering massive memory bandwidth for 1,000+ page technical sets.
Isolated Containers
Each enterprise client is provisioned a dedicated hardware instance. Your data is processed in a cryptographically isolated environment zero resource contention, zero cross-tenant exposure.
The Lifecycle Promise
We maintain physical custody of the hardware for the duration of your project. Upon completion, we follow NIST 800-88 standards to perform a verified cryptographic wipe of the dedicated node.
Deep-Dive Resources
Technical briefs for engineers, security teams and project stakeholders.
Secure AI Commissioning
How MEPF expertise and language-model review are combined, and where that processing happens.
Privacy & NDA Considerations
What consumer AI tools do with blueprints and the controls CxCheck applies instead.
Project Specs & Design Intent
How we use RAG to audit test scripts against your project's own specifications.
Professional Integrity & Compliance
CxCheck is engineered for deep analysis, not data redistribution. Our RAG engine is optimized to identify gaps between your project data and industry standards. To maintain professional standards and respect IP, the system provides analytical guidance and specific section references rather than verbatim document reproduction. This ensures your team remains focused on corrective actions and engineering compliance.
